The cuisine of DA NOI IN is a combination of research, creativity and Italian tradition where ingredients of the highest quality and seasonal products are transformed into experience. The Bistro Menu, available during the day, offers light and tasty proposals, while in the evening it evolves into the Dinner Menu with gourmet creations, including à parfum dishes that celebrate the meeting between culinary art and perfumery, with aromas and fragrances combined with skill and presented with creativity through tools inspired by the workshop of essences.

Liquidambar is a fil rouge that connects nature, fragrance, and cuisine. It is a tree native to North America, whose name means liquid amber: when the bark is cut, it releases a highly fragrant resin. LabSolue 207 Liquidambar is one of the best-selling Essences at the Perfume Laboratory, and several Liquidambar trees have been planted in the hotel’s internal garden, giving their name to the Lounge Bar.
